I am honored to serve as the principal of Frost Elementary. With more than 20 years of experience as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, and principal, I remain passionate about supporting students, staff, families, and our community.
My leadership philosophy is centered on Safety, Love, and Learning. I believe everyone must first feel safe and valued before meaningful learning can occur. I am committed to being a visible, supportive leader who builds strong relationships and helps every student and staff member grow and succeed.
